To make sure everyone has a pleasant and enjoyable experience at our event, we do require all exhibitors, sponsors and partners agree to strictly abide by our Rules & Code of Conduct.
The Rules:
No distributing or displaying of bags or lanyards outside of your contracted booth space including nowhere within your contracted sponsorship space.
No distributing or displaying of product, literature, coupons, stickers, or any other promotional material of any kind outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space.
No promotion of company, brand or products through individuals or activations featuring company branding or mascots outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space.
No other onsite marketing or promotion of company, brand or products outside of the contracted booth or sponsorship space.
No blatant disrespect to Oklahoma Cannabis Expo or American Cannabis Expos staff.
By violating the Exhibitor Conduct Guidelines, you agree doing so may result in:
Warnings –
First Warning – Written warning will be delivered to your Primary Contact via email and verbally to a representative at your booth explaining the Rules & Code of Conduct.
Second Warning – Additional written warning will be delivered to your Primary Contact via email and verbally to a representative at your booth explaining the Rules & Code of Conduct.
Exhibitor Probation –
Further Event Violations may result in your company being put on probation and unable to participate or sponsor any American Cannabis Expo events.
During the probation period, American Cannabis Expos may prohibit the purchase of sponsor and marketing packages and/or decline attendance of your company at future American Cannabis Expo events.
